RealSource LLC is a real estate investment company based in Kansas City. We are building a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. We're currently focused on acquiring properties in targeted KC suburbs of Jackson and Cass County in Missouri, and Johnson and Wyandotte County in Kansas. This includes communities like Raytown, Blue Springs, Lee's Summit, Greenwood, Independence, Grandview, Raymore, Peculiar, Harrisonville, Belton, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, and Kansas City Kansas.

RealSource is building a strategic team of real estate investors to provide funding for their retail or wholesale flips and BRRR deals. We also have a proven track record of success in structuring joint ventures and offering investment strategies for pursuing passive, active and diversified income streams in real estate.

RealSource is proud to be affiliated with quality local and national real estate brands through our relationship with a real estate broker and investor having over 20 years of diversified experience in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, management, investment and consultation. Mark is a certified real estate consultant (CCREC) who can help other investors with solid hands-on strategies from his own personal experience.
